Pink Steenvoorden and Einstein Design

Pink Steenvoorden is a lighting, set and 3D designer and theatre/event technician. Pink studied mathematics at university, switched to the Royal Academy of Arts in The Hague (photography), only to switch again to theatre. He has worked internationally with directors/choreographers like Jiri Kylian and companies like the Nederlands Dans Theater (NDT), NTGent, Bacardi at the Lowlands Festival, Residentie Ochestra, Festival Classique, Bread & Butter in Berlin (Joop!, G-Star), Poor Theatre Company in South Africa. He is director of  Einstein Design in The Hague, Holland where all his designs are produced in house.

During COVID-times, Einstein Design designed, produced and directed more than a few live streams. The one to your right is from Festival Classical Encounters in The Hague, with Eva Stegeman, the Rembrandt Frerichs Trio and Kayhan Kalhor.
